This award-winning addition to the existing fine arts facility provides inspiring studio spaces and faculty offices to serve the expanding fine arts programs at this private women’s college. The sensitive addition respects the original 1971 building through material use and formal expression, but creates vibrant spaces with large expanses of natural light and color. The project included renovations to existing spaces as well as the building’s mechanical systems.
