Eastminster was established by members of traditional churches interested in reaching persons disenchanted with those same churches. They called on Craig Gaulden Davis to help balance those expectations in a new, "first-unit" building. CGD developed a plan that met Eastminster’s short-term budget and needs but could be expanded with its ministry.
• The building was constructed from pre-engineered components with only minor customization.
• Classrooms are equipped with desk-closets that allow them to serve as offices.
• The main space, the size of a full gymnasium, has views into a permanent hardwood buffer and serves as recreation, fellowship and worship space.
