 LEED Gold Certified

This home for education, economics and business was constructed at a significant crossroads within Furman’s campus and was the first LEED Gold building in South Carolina. The design honors the traditional character of the campus while incorporating contemporary styling. The open and inviting three story lobby receives passthrough traffic and separates faculty and classroom areas within the building, serving as an informal gathering space in the heart of campus.
