CGD’s John Hansen, AIA LEED-AP BD+C was proud to wrap up construction last weekend on his latest project, a new suite style dormitory for 102 Anderson University students.  The building opened its doors on Saturday, August 18 to rave reviews by students and administrators.

Representing the third phase of a housing master plan developed by CGD, the dormitory provides a strong anchor to the western end of the complex and features double occupancy suites with 6 students in each suite.  The building includes common areas on the first floor that serve the entire building as well as excellent community spaces on each floor.

John’s unwavering commitment to Anderson University allowed this project to be designed and constructed in 8 months while maintaining very high standards of quality.
