The Standard: A Refined Kitchen is the fifth restaurant project we have completed for the Rick Erwin Dining Group. CGD provided architecture and full interior design services for the restaurant’s up-fit.
The space occupies the former Drayton Mills company store and features a new four-sided bar centered around existing columns. Contemporary lighting fixtures and finishes complement the historic pressed tin ceiling and original plaster walls. Private dining and an inviting outdoor patio round out the space.
