The Carolina First Center in Greenville, South Carolina was named a 2010 Prime Site Award winner. The award, presented by Facilities & Destinations Magazine, is a national recognition based on the opinions of individuals in the industry directly involved with site selection. The facility renovation was completed in 2009 and included the consolidation of several sprawling expansions into a unified design. The design team of Craig Gaulden Davis and Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback and Associates were able to phase the renovation, allowing the facility to remain in use throughout the construction process.
