We are looking for excellent, experienced Registered Architects and Architectural Designers.
Project Architect
- Be the day-to-day point of contact for the Owner, Contractor and consultants
- Collaborate on teams with Principals; Project Architects, interior designers, consultants, clients and contractors
- Manage the design and production of contract documents.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of detailed construction documents and specifications
- Manage the project staffing, budget and schedule
- Manage the contracts for the Owner and consultants
- Lead design, production and construction meetings
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Architecture license
- Experience with projects in markets we serve
- Experience managing architectural projects
- Knowledge of local building codes
- Software proficiency in Revit, Adobe, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
Architectural Designer
- Collaborate on teams with Principals, Project Managers, interior designers, consultants, clients and contractors
- Create design sketches, compile data, apply building codes and prepare drawings and renderings
- Assist the team in producing detailed construction documents and specifications
- Meet deadlines and budgets
- Attend and engage at consultant and client meetings
- Consult product manufacturers and evaluate material
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience
- M Arch degree preferred
- Software proficiency in Revit, Adobe, and Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software is preferred (Lumion)
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
