Stuart Stenger, AIA, LEED AP, is leading a team with Mavin Construction to build a Tree House at Roper Mountain Science Center in Greenville for a design competition. The winning Tree House will be selected at the Blueberry Festival on July 12th. When completed, CGD’s Tree House will feature a rainwater collection roof that irrigates a vegetative roof, a fireman’s pole, rope ladder, slide, and lookout spot that mimics a squirrel’s nest.
