Craig Gaulden Davis designed a fifth dormitory in time for Anderson University’s 2014-15 school year. CGD master planned a large tract adjacent to the private college to accommodate its growing housing needs and designed the initial dormitory and site development in 2007. The design draws from the Georgian architectural style of the predominant buildings on the campus and establishes a strong axis between the main gate to campus and the primary administrative building.
