Craig Gaulden Davis completed a campus master plan for Clemson University. This comprehensive study evaluated 71 existing buildings (totaling over three million square feet), as well as vehicular and pedestrian circulation; incorporated the new university academic plan; and provided space planning for all structures. Current and proposed uses were evaluated and recommendations were made for reuse, renovation and new construction. The year-long exercise looked into all aspects of the university – including student life, residential life, academics and university support.
