Craig & Gaulden’s new home in 1974 was earth-sheltered for energy efficiency. Even so, floor-to-ceiling north-facing glass gives the underground portion of the building an open and airy feel. In 1987, a master-planned second floor expansion more than doubled the original square footage. The interior was renovated again in 2003 to accommodate the CAD revolution and support CGD’s project team organization.
