CGD worked with planning departments from Duke Power and SCPRT to develop a new park that met both private and public objectives. The pristine lake-side setting within primitive forests demanded an environmentally conscientious design. The natural beauty and carefully sited “background” buildings have teamed to create one of South Carolina’s most heavily-used state parks.
