As a part of a massive downtown revitalization project, CGD designed Greer’s City Hall as the centerpiece of a new 12-acre city park. The flexible, 300 seat City Council Chambers / meeting room doubles as revenue generating, rentable public space. This building consolidates numerous city departments, administration and public services into an inviting and welcoming facility designed with ample room for growth throughout.
