Craig Gaulden Davis was commissioned by the City of Easley to design the Larry D. Bagwell Gymnasium. The facility is the centerpiece and largest structure in the City’s Red Owens Athletic Complex. CGD’s design utilized tilt-up concrete construction for the majority of exterior walls, resulting in an extremely cost effective building that maximized space.
