CGD designed a new 25,000 square foot branch library for the Atlanta Fulton County Library in the Stewart Lakewood community, just south of downtown Atlanta. Located on the site of an abandoned church in the commercial center of the community, this branch forged a strong relationship with the local community by providing ample public grounds to support library programs and community events while providing a highly transparent and contemporary exterior that draws patrons to the interior.
