Through a design-build competition, CGD and MB Kahn Argo were awarded the commission to design and construct the first Academic Building on the new Anderson campus of Tri-County Technical College. This turn-key project contains administrative and faculty offices, multi-purpose meeting spaces, general education classrooms, computer labs, science labs and a culinary teaching lab. The design utilizes traditional elements in a contemporary manner to create a welcoming façade and bright interior spaces.
