Stuart Stenger, CGD Associate, had the privilege of attending the recent PGA tournament and was amazed by the effort it takes to run such a large event so smoothly. He observed seemingly endless grounds of portable buildings and trailers, miles of electrical and data cables, countless volunteers and grounds crew, and a number of temporary structures for cameras and gallery. Stuart was intrigued by the unique architecture of the community, and beauty of the golf course.  The community is composed of original homes from the 70’s, some with full renovations and additions, and other new construction on previous home sites. Each home had a distinct quality and style that added to the beauty of this historic golf community.
