The Florence Little Theatre includes nearly 400 seats, incorporating side galleries that provide a kind of box seating, along with a new rehearsal room and scene shop. The budget was leveraged by the renovation of an adjacent medical office building for use as dressing rooms, storage and offices. Textured masonry and polished concrete floors are warmed by stained wood and scarlet fabric accents. The easy-to-maintain materials were chosen to help minimize long-term operating costs.
