Originally opened in 1958, the Green Valley Country Club is an exclusive private club situated north of Greenville in Travelers Rest, S.C. Set in a beautiful pastoral setting, the Club featured a traditional golf clubhouse with a formal ballroom, formal dining room, mixed grill and full golf, racquet sports, and swimming facilities. Although the building had been expanded many times, as membership declined in recent years, the Clubhouse was in need of repairs and refurbishment.
Craig Gaulden Davis | PBK was commissioned to assist the Club in developing a new master plan to enhance members experiences with the construction of a new mixed grill, new formal dining room and an exciting new outdoor terrace. CGD |PBK provided full architectural and interior design spaces for the transformed facilities in two phases.
