The Laurens County Veterans Affairs, Voter Registration, Elections Center, and Emergency Services Center converts a vacant 55,000 SF, 50-year-old shopping center into an inviting and spacious county office building.
Now complete, Phase I transforms the building facade appearance for government functions and offices. The interior renovation upfits 11,150 SF for Voter Registration and Veteran Affairs. Voter Registration will include a registration center, absentee voting, training, multipurpose area, offices, and storage areas. Veteran Affairs includes a waiting area, help desk, and offices to serve veteran needs.
Phase II includes the upfit of the remaining 43,000 square foot space that will house the Emergency Services Center which will include Fire, EOC, 911, Communications, EMS, Coroner, and Building Codes.
