Renfrow Industrial is an Industrial Solutions provider that delivers mechanical, electrical, maintenance, and fabrication services to industrial plants and facilities throughout the United States. Their mission for this new building is to accommodate expected growth, expand their community outreach, and for it to be a point of pride for their employees. The plan maximizes site development while maintaining the natural features and enhancing the land quality while having a visible presence from Interstate 85. Driving principles of the design resulted in a mix of open and closed offices, conference, and training spaces with a lot of visibility and flexibility.
