CGD designed the overall master plan and the first building on this new campus. The building features administrative offices, a library / computer lab, general classrooms, a science lab, and a multi-skills nursing lab. The building was sited adjacent to a small pond to establish the center of the campus and take advantage of the steep topography, presenting a strong visual image. Assembling exterior materials to organize the spaces and create visual emphasis, the design features materials used on the nearby main campus to build upon the existing brand of the college.
