David L. Dixon, AIA
Vice President and Treasurer

I hope our clients will bring us real problems to solve and that they’ll come prepared to enjoy the search for answers.  When it’s finished, we’ll celebrate together.

At the age of ten, David Dixon’s parents bought him a drafting set, a gift that opened the door to the world of architecture and sent him on a journey that he still finds exciting.

Whether his goal is collaborative environments or individual study areas, arts facilities or classroom buildings, David envisions spaces that are at once practical and personal, where students feel inspired to work, play and learn.  Often these spaces become the center of campus and community life.

A golfer who also enjoys creative writing and classic literature, David is active in a range of civic, religious and arts activities.  He and his wife have four children, ages nine through twenty.
